Article 1 - Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Additional agreement: An agreement whereby the consumer acquires products, digital content, and/or services in connection with a distance contract, delivered by the entrepreneur or a third party.

Withdrawal period: The period within which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal from a distance contract.

Consumer: A natural person not acting for purposes relating to trade, business, or profession who enters into a contract with the entrepreneur.

Day: Calendar day.

Digital content: Data produced and delivered in digital form.

Long-term contract: A contract for the supply of a series of products and/or services over a longer period.

Durable medium: Any tool allowing storage of information for future access and unchanged reproduction, e.g., email.

Right of withdrawal: The consumer's right to withdraw from a distance contract within the withdrawal period.

Model withdrawal form: A form made available by the entrepreneur for exercising the right of withdrawal.

Entrepreneur: A natural person or legal entity offering products, digital content, or services to consumers at a distance.

Distance contract: A contract concluded as part of organized distance selling using one or more means of distance communication.

Means of distance communication: Any method to conclude a contract without physical presence.

Article 2 - Orders and Purchases
2.1 Orders

By placing an order at this shop, the customer accepts these general terms and conditions.

All orders are subject to approval by this shop. The shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at its discretion without liability.
2.2 Purchases

A purchase takes place when an order is approved and the products are delivered.

Customers must inspect products upon delivery and report any defects or damages within a reasonable period. Late reports cannot be invoked.
Article 3 - Applicability

These terms apply to all agreements and legal relationships between the webshop and the customer, even if the customer applies deviating provisions.

The store may amend these terms at any time; changes take effect upon notification and publication on the website.
Article 4 - Offer

All offers are valid during the specified period and while stocks last.

The store cannot be held liable for typographical errors, product image errors, or price errors.
Article 5 - Agreement

The customer can withdraw within 14 days of receiving the products.
Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

Customers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving products without reason.

To exercise this right, customers must notify the store via a clear statement (email or post).

Products must be returned within 14 days of notification.
Article 7 - Costs upon Withdrawal

The store will refund all payments, including delivery costs, except for additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard option.
Article 8 - Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Products made to customer specifications or perishable items cannot be returned.

Sealed digital content that has been unsealed is also excluded.
Article 9 - Price

Prices include VAT and other taxes unless stated otherwise.

The store reserves the right to change prices; changes do not affect ongoing agreements.
Article 10 - Conformity and Warranty

The store guarantees that products comply with the agreement and are free of defects.

Customers must check products upon receipt and report defects within a reasonable period.
Article 11 - Delivery and Execution

The store will make every effort to deliver within specified times. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond control.

Article 12 - Long-term Agreements: Duration, Termination, and Renewal

Long-term agreements have a duration as specified. Agreements over one year may be terminated after one year with a one-month notice.

If renewal is necessary, the store will inform the customer in advance about new terms and duration.
Article 13 - Payment

Customers must pay the agreed price using methods listed on the website.

Late payments may incur reminders and delay interest.
Article 14 - Complaints Handling

Complaints must be reported promptly. The store aims to resolve complaints within 14 days.
Article 15 - Disputes

Parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably.

If unresolved, the customer may turn to the competent authority.
Article 16 - Additional or Deviating Provisions

Agreements under these terms are subject to Dutch law.

Disputes are settled by the competent court where the webshop is located.
